We came from the part of the deal you never see.
Before Porchlight ran its own deals, we ran the backend for other agents: under contract to close. Title, mortgage, the paperwork, the deadlines, the part where deals actually live or die. Hundreds of transactions, from the side of the table nobody talks about.

That's the industry standard: avoid the lawsuit, close the file, move on. Our standard is different. You should feel represented at the highest level, at every step, because you understand what's happening and why. Fiduciary duty isn't a legal term to us. It's the whole product.
